
Perhaps at some point over the next few weeks you might be able to go for a mindfulness walk with God. You might like taking some photos as a way of being attentive to what's around you.
Whatever you decide to do and wherever you decide to walk, enjoy the sights, sounds, smells, and textures of nature. Rejoice in God's creation and rejoice in the gift our our five senses. Also, as you walk, become aware of God's presence: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
You might find yourself contemplating God's vastness, God's power, God's wisdom, God's creativity, God's gentleness, or God's love. Just enjoy your quality time with God in this way and see what happens for you on this particular walk...
